Inspired by the non-alcoholic "Nostra Paloma" on the menu at our partner Hotel St. Vincent in New Orleans, this Nostra Paloma is equal parts refreshing and uplifting. By using St. Ember in place of tequila (used in a traditional Paloma cocktail), this recipe delivers a balanced non-alcoholic cocktail with a little bit of spice, a lot of citrus and 100mg lion's mane mushroom for a sparkly mood.
